I have not installed the cooker hood that I bought, hence i can only comment on the customer service and delivery. The customer service rep, Lokyi was quick in responding and was always giving reminders on the stock available. She also was able to assist in ensuring that the delivery is smooth; especially involving the security app in my condominium which asks for selfie of the driver and also e-mail address of the delivery. Delivery was on time and it was sent directly to the unit.
